Your resume and contact details are personal, and we treat them that way. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

Strong Talent Partners is an engineering and IT recruiting firm operated by Strong Talent LLC ("we" or "us"). This policy applies to strongtalentpartners.com. Questions and requests can go to info@strongtalentpartners.com.
Information we collect
If you're looking for a role
When you join the Strong Talent Network or use the "I'm looking for a role" form, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your current or target job title, skills, and keywords
- Your message to us
- Your resume and whatever it contains, such as your work history and education
Please don't include sensitive details your resume doesn't need, such as your Social Security number, date of birth, or health information.
If you're hiring
When you use the "I'm hiring" form, we collect your name, email address, company, and what you tell us about the role.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours receives technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view. Our service providers process this information to deliver the site, protect it from spam and abuse, and give us basic traffic statistics. When you send certain forms, we also store a coded value derived from your IP address to limit repeat submissions.

- To search, update, and manage our candidate and client records
- To run the website, keep it secure, and prevent spam and abuse

How we share your information
With hiring companies, only with your agreement. We share your information with a company only after we've discussed the role and you've said yes.
With service providers. These companies help us run the website and our business:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores form submissions and resumes, delivers form notifications, provides security checks, and supplies traffic statistics.
- Apple provides the email inbox where we receive and answer messages, so form notifications and emails you send us are stored there.
- Google supplies some of the website's fonts, which means your browser may send your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.
When required or appropriate. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone's safety, or as part of a sale, merger, or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
We don't use advertising cookies. Our security and traffic-statistics tools from Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies to tell people from automated traffic and to measure site use. A separate sign-in cookie is used only on our private administration page.
How long we keep information
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it for recruiting or for the purposes described here. We may keep some information longer when the law requires it or to resolve disputes.
How we protect information
The website uses encrypted connections, and our candidate and client records require a private sign-in. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please only send us what's needed.
Your choices
You can email info@strongtalentpartners.com to ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you about roles. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep information the law requires us to retain. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and you can use the same address to exercise them.
Children
This website is intended for adults seeking work or hiring talent. It isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Our website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. We'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
